Go-Create Grants are offered as part of the Innovation Support for Business (ISfB) Phase 2 programme.  Go-Create Grants are available on a competitive basis from £1,000 to £50,000 and are available to eligible Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) under the De Minimis State Aid scheme with a minimum 3:1 co-investment requirement by the applicant business.

Grant applications:

Our grant rounds are now always ‘open’ and eligible businesses can apply at any time. If successful, we are able to offer a reimbursement of up to 25% of eligible externally incurred costs in a qualifying innovation activity. To apply for a Go-Create grant, it is compulsory to either; a) watch the recording of the Go-Create webinar or b) have a conversation with one of the ISfB team.

Examples of innovation projects might include:
  • Investment in product and service development
  • Technological and applied research
  • Developing pilot lines
  • Early product validation actions
  • Supporting advance manufacturing capabilities
  • First production

Grant application deadline dates:

Please note that our panel sits regularly to review grant applications; submit your application before a ‘grant panel application deadline’ to ensure that you are considered in the next round. Grant rounds will now be held bi-monthly going forward.

Application submission deadline – 16 July 2021, 12:00 midday

We encourage potential applicants to watch the latest grants webinar recording prior to the deadline for each round so that they may find out more about eligible projects and how to apply.

For the foreseeable future, we are looking to move future OxLEP-led events to 'digital platforms', we will update everyone who has signed up as soon as possible.

This will cover:

  • Eligibility requirements
  • Application process
  • What a good application looks like
  • What other support is available for starting-up, growing and innovating within your business
