Network & Support
Network & Support sessions are for business owners with a level of trading history and are looking to take their business into the next stage of growth.
Benefit from sound advice and knowledge sharing from experts and fellow business owners, within a safe and friendly environment where long-lasting, purposeful, and trusted relationships can be built.
An experienced facilitator, along with specialist advisor where applicable, will guide cohorts of 10-12 individuals across a four-session programme. This limited group allows for maximum collaboration and time given for each individual.
Network & Support session themes include Women in Business, International Trading, and Scaling Up, and cover a number of topics:
- Growth objectives
- Challenges and obstacles to growth
- Innovation and diversification
- Growth enablers
- Planning and growth strategy execution

Aligning to the principals of the Scale-up Institute, we define scale-up businesses as showing the following growth characteristics;
- 20% per year by employee growth
- 20% per year by turnover growth
- 20% per year in both employees and turnover
